CELERY & ALMOND DIP (Winter Digestion Guide)

Ingredients:

Celery sticks for serving 3 cups almonds
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp bee pollen 1/2 tsp sea salt
3 sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions:

Blend almonds, lemon juice, bee pollen, salt, and sun- dried tomatoes until creamy, adding small splashes of water if needed. Serve with fresh celery.
